• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our services in any way that violates laws, infringes upon others' rights, or harms Tripass Design or its users. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, distributing harmful code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
• Right to Refuse Service: Tripass Design reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone at our discretion if we suspect a violation of these terms or any illegal activity.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Tripass Design cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account information. We recommend using a strong password and logging out after each session.

Tripass Design offers services based on fees specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, and by purchasing a service, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and authorizing Tripass Design to charge the stated fees.

• Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time specified in your invoice or service agreement. Delayed payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in your agreement.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in each specific service agreement. If no specific refund terms are provided, services rendered are considered final and non-refundable.

All content, designs, and materials provided by Tripass Design, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Tripass Design retains all rights to these materials.

• Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content owned by Tripass Design without our express written permission.
• License for Client-Provided Content: By providing content or materials to Tripass Design, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify this content as necessary to fulfill the contracted services.

Tripass Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior detrimental to Tripass Design or other users.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease, and you must discontinue all use of our services. Any fees already paid are non-refundable in the event of termination for breach of these terms.
• Dispute Resolution: If you believe your access was terminated in error, please contact us to discuss options for resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripass Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.

In any case, Tripass Design's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for services within the last 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to any claims related to performance, accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in that policy.
